Terms & Conditions - the basics

Free delivery is for within 30 minutes of our warehouse, located in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Friendly Rentals is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or neglect of the machines, or their safety standards. Friendly Rentals is not responsible for any property damage that occurs from the misuse of the machines, or neglect of the safe operating recommendations for the machines. Free Maintenance only applies to issues that are deemed to not be at the fault of the customer. The customer will be responsible for user caused issues that require repair or replacement. If the washer, and/or dryer is damaged beyond repair, or lost or stolen, the customer is responsible for the full cost of a new machine.
